The Energy Skills Passport is a new digital solution for the offshore energy workforce. It supports individuals with transferable skills to transition back and forth between different energy sectors smoothly and cost-efficiently.

The Energy Skills Passport is being developed for the offshore energy workforce. Industry co-ordinators and Training & Competency managers may also use the mapped standards that underpin the Energy Skills Passport to support a just transition.

What will I use the Energy Skills Passport for?
The Energy Skills Passport will let you create a profile and view the qualifications and training that you currently hold.
You will be able to present the Energy Skills Passport at a transfer terminal to confirm that you have the required core pre-mobilisation qualifications to go to offshore.
You will be able to view required qualifications and training for specific roles across multiple sectors. The Energy Skills Passport will then confirm which qualifications and training you have completed already and which you will need to complete if you wish to be considered for a role.
